We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise
All merchandise must be returned in original condition within 10 days of original receipt accompanied by original invoice.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways on returned merchandise.
Unless otherwise indicated, all antler sets are shipped with intact skull plates.
Because of the difficulty associated with shipping antler sets, we are not responsible for cracked or broken antler sets. No cracked or broken antler sets may be returned. Antler sets are shipped at your risk.
All taxidermy items have a tamper-proof identity tag attached - all sales are final once this tag has been removed!
Dressed, Raw, or Salted Items
All dressed, raw or salted items which have been soaked down or relaxed in any manner cannot be returned.
If you are purchasing raw, dried or salted items to tan yourself or by a third party, note that there is an inherent risk in the tanning process and we cannot guarantee the outcome of anyone else's work.
The Northern Group assumes no responsibility for delivery condition of frozen items.
Due to regulations and costs, we do not accept orders from outside the United States or that are intended to be shipped outside the United States.
Per the United States Fish and Wildlife Service we are also not able to ship to APO/FPO (Military Postal Service) addresses.
